Operation Blue Elf [OBE] began in 2018 as Sheriff Henderson’s “Boots on the Ground” initiative to give back to our community.  We partner with our Sheriff’s Office Citizen Academy Alumni Association who is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization to accept donations and help bring Christmas joy to less fortunate families.  Donations are tax-deductible and can be made by scanning the QR Code.  For more information about the Citizen Academy Alumni Association, please visit their website: www.mocotxsca.org
